A high-definition license plate recognition camera identifies and captures the license plates of vehicles entering the parking lot. This information is then transmitted to a dedicated controller, uploaded to a computer, guided into the parking lot, and recorded. At the parking lot exit, a high-definition license plate recognition camera also identifies and captures the license plates of vehicles exiting the parking lot. If the vehicle is online, the computer automatically releases it. If the vehicle is offline, the parking lot controller automatically releases it and records the vehicle. If the system has voice and display information, it will be activated to announce and display vehicle information. Temporary vehicles are managed based on parking time, enabling vehicle entry and exit monitoring and management.
